Data Collection Executive

• A Data Collection Executive gathers, organizes, and verifies information from various sources (online, field) for business use, ensuring accuracy and integrity, often involving data entry, cleaning, and supporting team analysis for strategic decisions, requiring strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
• MkKey Responsibilities
• Data Gathering: Collect data from websites, platforms, surveys, field research, and other assigned sources.
• Verification & Accuracy: Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
• Data Management: Enter, update, clean, and format data in systems like Excel or Sheets.
• Reporting: Organize collected information for reporting and analysis, providing regular progress updates. Collaboration: Work with sales, data
• analysts, and other teams to meet project needs and understand requirements.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of data sources and collection methods.
• Essential Skills & Qualifications
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, strong communication, basic data cleaning/formatting, proficiency with data tools (Excel/Sheets).
• Education: High school diploma often required; degrees in relevant fields can be preferred.
• Experience: Experience in customer service, data entry, or sales is beneficial. Typical Work Environment Can involve both office/remote work (online collection) and field work (market research, surveys).
