Management of server backup and recovery processes, maintaining data integrity and security. Troubleshooting and resolution of system issues, providing timely support to internal teams. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in managing Windows Server environments in data center settings. Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS. Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell). Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet). Strong understanding of data center resilience Familiarity with network protocols and configurations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Additional Skills Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), Microsoft Certified:Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or similar. Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or equivalent. Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS). Knowledge of storage solutions and backup strategies.
