Data & Business Insights Sr. Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for utilizing the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages) and Dataverse to design, develop, and implement client-facing web applications, workflow tools, and forms. Your role will involve automating business processes, integrating solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications, and ensuring that the solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform-based solutions, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and deliver services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, custom development, and data integrations. You may also need to work in UK or US shifts depending on project and business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement client-facing web applications, workflow tools, and forms using PowerApps Portal, Power Pages, and SharePoint solutions - Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, while ensuring data visualization and low code applications - Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications using various connectors - Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure - Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform-based solutions - Guide teams in effectively using the Microsoft Power Platform suite - Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide technical solutions - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions - Maintain and enhance Power Platform application systems in test and production environments Qualifications Required: - Strong working knowledge of the Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages) and Dataverse - Experience with MS Power Platform development, including model-driven & Canvas Power Apps development with Dataverse - Experience in Power Apps Development (Canvas and Model driven apps) - Data modeling and integration skills in Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL - Proficiency in Power Automate business logics and workflow automation - User Interface design and development expertise (UX/UI) - Skills in JavaScript, HTML/CSS - Understanding of Azure Services (Azure AD, Azure functions) - Experience with web services and Rest API integration - Knowledge of Dataverse & Power Platform Environment administration - Familiarity with SharePoint APIs and SDKs - Experience in Web Part development, SharePoint Workflow development, and SharePoint Security and Permissions - Strong communication and critical thinking skills - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Selenium, Visual Basics, D3, JavaScript, R, HTML, SQL - Experience with Power BI & Tableau would be beneficial,
