DBT Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  DBT models and data pipelines

  to support scalable analytics and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build efficient and reliable

  data transformation workflows

  within

  Databricks

  and

  AWS S3

  environments.
• Optimize data architecture and ensure data quality, lineage, and performance across multiple projects.
  
• Manage deployment and version control of DBT projects, ensuring best practices in modularity and reusability.
  
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing data models to meet evolving business requirements.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in

  DBT (Data Build Tool)

  development and management.
• Proficiency with

  Databricks

  and

  AWS S3

  .
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL design patterns, and data warehouse principles.
  
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and cloud teams.
  
• Good communication and documentation skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  life sciences or healthcare domain

  data projects.
• Experience with

  data orchestration tools

  (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, Dagster).
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD for DBT

  and cloud-based deployment automation.
