As the Enterprise Architect leading the architecture transformation across Business Capabilities at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in digitalizing the energy of tomorrow. Your daily tasks will involve meeting experts from both business and digital organizations to strategize, focus, formulate problem statements, and design architectures that will transform the enterprise to meet its goals effectively. ### Role Overview You will be responsible for analyzing architectural trends, standard methodologies, benchmarks, and staying up-to-date with pioneering technology to support data-driven decision-making within the business. Your role will also involve articulating the architectural vision for the entire enterprise, designing an IT transformation roadmap, evaluating alternative architectural approaches, and aligning them with business capabilities and information. ### Key Responsibilities - Drive technical delivery and oversee the data engineering strategy - Define the target data architecture for Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa - Participate in Digital Transformation Office programs for designing and deploying the target operating model - Define standards and design patterns for optimizing data sharing and promoting a scalable data landscape - Provide a foundational framework for cost management and control for platform operations - Define integration requirements and access control frameworks for data provisioning at scale ### Qualifications Required - Advanced knowledge in Digital Technology, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management, or Customer Relationship Management - Extensive experience in Enterprise IT solutions, Vertical IT, or Operational Technology enablement - Work experience in business or IT projects or strategy-related roles - Solid understanding and working knowledge of data ingestion, data modeling & analytics - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical aspects in business language - Open-minded, eager to learn, and constantly improve your skills ### About the Company The Siemens Energy Enterprise Architecture team of the Digital Core organization is dedicated to shaping the digital future to optimize Siemens Energy and Siemens Gamesa businesses and operations.
