Job Description

• Architect and implement end-to-end data solutions with Azure and Databricks ecosystem.
• Own the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to platform design and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging tech to creatively solve business problems.
• Mentor data engineers, promote best practices, and lead innovation.

Profile Description

• 9+ years of technical experience, with 4+ years hands-on on Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Proven experience leading at least 2 full Data Lakehouse projects on Azure Databricks using Medallion Architecture.
• Expertise in PySpark, Unity Catalog, Delta Live Tables, SQL Warehouse, and related Databricks tools.
• Skilled in Azure services like Data Factory, ADLS Gen2, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Stream Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong Python, SQL programming, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with data modeling (Dimensional and 3-NF) and metadata-driven frameworks.
• Familiarity with CICD processes using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Bonus: Knowledge of big data platforms, Neo4j, Elasticsearch, vector databases, and Azure infrastructure.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related engineering field preferred.
