Your typical day will involve modeling and designing the application data structure, storage, and integration, ensuring that the data architecture aligns with the overall business strategy and meets the needs of various stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data flows, and implement best practices in data management, all while maintaining a focus on scalability and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.- Mentor junior professionals in data architecture best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data & AI Strategy.- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and methodologies.- Experience with data integration tools and technologies.- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage solutions.- Ability to design and implement data governance frameworks. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data & AI Strategy.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
