About the Role:

Data Annotation Specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately annotate and label data (text, images, audio, video) as per defined guidelines.
• Review and validate existing annotations to maintain quality standards.
• Identify inconsistencies and provide feedback for guideline improvements.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Ensure data privacy and follow organizational compliance policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or related field preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Prior experience in data labeling/annotation is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or annotation tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
