Summary

Data & Workflow Analyst (Entry-Level)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing, checking, and validating 

  hundreds of data points

   with a high degree of accuracy.
• Flagging errors, anomalies, and inconsistencies and marking data as appropriate (e.g. valid/invalid, good/bad).
• Sorting, filtering, and organising datasets to ensure clean, reliable data.
• Analysing data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Creating clear reports, charts, and dashboards to present findings to the tech and management teams.
• Building simple workflows and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
• Making recommendations to enhance systems, tools, and customer service journeys based on observed data.
• Collaborating with team members while also working independently on data analysis tasks.
• Supporting the ongoing development of QuantumLoop AI’s systems through structured feedback and workflow building.

Requirements

• Meticulous attention to detail

   — ability to process large volumes of data accurately without losing focus.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills — able to spot trends, issues, and solutions in data.

• Excellent common sense

   and the ability to learn and understand user journeys (customer service and operational workflows).
• Strong computer literacy — comfortable with spreadsheets, data management tools, and reporting.
• Ability to create graphs, reports, and simple workflows to present findings clearly.
• Highly organised with strong time management and the ability to work to deadlines.
• Comfortable working remotely with a professional workspace (camera-ready for meetings and training).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Previous experience with data entry, data analysis, or process administration is an advantage but not essential — full training will be provided.
