Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, managing, and visualizing data across the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem. The role focuses on generating actionable insights from identity data to enhance user security, streamline access management, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Lead the design and implementation of solutions within the team, ensuring compliance with design standards and alignment with business objectives.
Analyze existing business models, data flows, and system architectures to develop functional specifications and test plans. Create high-level and detailed process models, sequence diagrams, and architectural documentation to support solution design. Ensure solutions meet functional, non-functional, and time-to-market requirements with high quality. Liaise with stakeholders across engineering, business, and security teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Collaborate with developers and other technical teams to ensure consistent delivery across squads. Provide consultancy and technical guidance to colleagues, fostering alignment and adherence to best practices. Apply systematic, analytical approaches to problem identification, resolution, and performance optimization. Research, analyze, and monitor network infrastructure and system performance to uncover issues and dependencies. Identify opportunities for reuse, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams and technologies. Lead scoping, sizing, and quality assurance for both in-house and external identity solutions. Reduce technical dependencies between the Cross functional teams Triage and resolve cross-team defects impacting identity capabilities, ensuring solutions remain within defined limits. Support the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to strengthen solution architecture and delivery.
