**Job Description:** In this role as a Client Remediation Data Analyst, you will be leading a professional team and leveraging your subject matter and industry expertise within a specified area. Your primary responsibilities will involve setting standards, aligning objectives, and ensuring the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of final outcomes. Additionally, you will engage in short-term planning, resource planning, and indirectly oversee a cross-functional team to identify and validate client population analytics for issues requiring client remediation and remuneration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage a professional team to integrate subject matter and industry expertise effectively - Develop standards and coordinate objectives within the function - Ensure the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of end results - Engage in short-term planning and resource planning - Indirectly oversee a cross-functional team for client population analytics **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience - Strategic thinking ability and capability to engage resources beyond direct control - Proficiency in analytic tools like SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS - Experience with big data and machine learning tools such as R, Python - Strong skills in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Data Analysis - Exposure to SAS, SQL, RDBMS - Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, VBA - Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket - Solid understanding of the banking domain and consumer products In the position of a Data/Information Management Analyst, you will be accountable for various data-related activities encompassing database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management or architecture/design engineering.
