As a Senior Analyst/Consultant in the Data Analytics team, your role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to deliver insights, build analytical solutions, and drive data-informed decisions. You should have strong expertise in Advanced SQL and Excel, with prior experience in the credit cards and BFSI domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets using Advanced SQL and Excel. - Working on portfolio analytics related to acquisition, usage, delinquency, attrition, and profitability. - Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify business opportunities, risks, and areas of improvement. - Supporting the design and monitoring of campaigns, risk models, and customer engagement strategies. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement analytical solutions. - Ensuring high standards of data quality, governance, and accuracy in reporting and analysis. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. - Strong expertise in Advanced SQL and proficiency in Advanced Excel. - Good understanding of the credit card lifecycle and a strong analytical mindset. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role include prior consulting or client-facing experience in BFSI analytics, knowledge of statistical techniques, and exposure to Python/R/SAS. You should also have the ability to design and deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making.
