Role Overview: You are being sought to join the team as an Excel Developer at EY, where you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Excel-based tools and applications. Your role will involve interacting with various teams across the organization to understand their requirements and provide Excel solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance Pricing or any other Excel tools. - Utilize Excel functions and formulas to streamline workflow, automate tasks, and facilitate decision-making processes. - Build complex models in Excel for reporting and analysis purposes. - Implement VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to automate tasks, conduct complex calculations, and integrate with other Office applications. - Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, offer Excel-based solutions, and provide technical support for developed Excel applications. - Generate user documentation and conduct training sessions to educate users on utilizing the Excel applications effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in an Excel Developer role. - Proficiency in MS Excel and VBA. - Familiarity with advanced Excel features like PowerQuery, PowerPivot, tables, and charts. - Knowledge of SQL and databases would be advantageous. - Strong analytical skills with the capability to collect, organize, and analyze substantial amounts of information. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a dedication to accuracy. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Knowledge of Costing and Pricing is a plus.
