As a Data Analytics Associate/Financial Catalyst at Easemint, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless and efficient execution of transactions for clients. Your focus will be on leveraging data analysis and automation to optimize transaction processes, enhance accuracy, and provide valuable insights for informed decision-making. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between complex transaction data and actionable intelligence, contributing to successful outcomes for our clients" business activities. Your responsibilities will include extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various client systems and platforms such as sales, inventory, and financial records. By conducting thorough data analysis, you will identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement within client transactions. Implementing automation solutions to streamline transaction workflows and reduce manual effort will be key. You will also develop and maintain data pipelines and scripts for automating data extraction, transformation, and loading processes related to transactions, ultimately enhancing the speed and accuracy of client transactions. To excel in this role, you should have proficiency in data analysis tools and software like Excel, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau. Skills in data cleaning, transformation through scripting, automation, and the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to clients and internal teams are essential.
