Data Analytics Architect

We are seeking a seasoned professional for Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, specializing in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have successfully led or contributed to at least two major transformation projects involving dashboard development, data modeling, enterprise reporting, and Fabric setup. Experience with varied source systems such as SFDC, SAP S4, SAP BW, .NET, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc., is essential

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Power BI dashboards and Fabric-based data pipelines, including ETL, semantic modeling, and UI/UX design.
• Architect and manage CI/CD workflows for Fabric deployments across development, staging, UAT, and production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior developers and analysts on Power BI and Fabric capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in Power BI reports and Fabric pipelines.
• Maintain governance and version control across multiple workspaces and GitHub branches.
• Implement Copilot/Data Agentic capabilities on Fabric/PBI, enabling self-service and AI/ML predictive models.

Required Experience

• Minimum 15 years in data analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering at least two enterprise-level projects using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Deep expertise in DAX, Power Query, MDX, and semantic modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub integration, and release management in Fabric environments.
• Strong understanding of data security, RLS, and workspace governance.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, sales performance dashboards, HR analytics, and operational intelligence.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Data Engineering, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Experience in migration projects (e.g., Qlik Sense to Microsoft Fabric/Power BI, SAP BW HANA to Microsoft Fabric/Power BI).
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead UAT and production rollouts.
• Vendor and OEM management experience.
