Role Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the data lifecycle.
• Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns in complex data sets.
• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Analyze historical data to forecast future trends.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and management.
• Facilitate training and provide support for teams working with data.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data systems and processes.
• Identify new data sources and methods to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Perform data cleaning and data validation as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is preferable.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
