Role Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst (Non-Technical) to support data research projects and enable data-driven decision-making. The role involves researching attorney-related information, maintaining structured datasets, and presenting findings clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, research, and document attorney-related data with high accuracy.
• Attend weekly project meetings; understand new research areas and coding guidelines.
• Research attorneys associated with US bar associations, with exposure to New York-focused work.
• Maintain clean, distinct, and functional databases for client use.
• Deliver work within deadlines and quality standards aligned to SLAs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data quality, structure, and usability.

Must-Have Requirements

• Residency: Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas.
• Language: Strong proficiency in English (reading and speaking) with the ability to understand US accents.
• Skills: Strong research, analysis, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Tech: Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets/MS Office).
• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Availability: Comfortable working in evening/night hours aligned to US time zones.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in data research/secondary research/data analysis.
• Experience handling large volumes of structured/unstructured information.
• Exposure to legal data or professional directory research.
