Role Summary Seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Analyst (Non-Technical) to support data research projects and enable data-driven decision-making. The role involves researching attorney-related information, maintaining structured datasets, and presenting findings clearly. Key Responsibilities Review, research, and document attorney-related data with high accuracy. Attend weekly project meetings; understand new research areas and coding guidelines. Research attorneys associated with US bar associations, with exposure to New York-focused work. Maintain clean, distinct, and functional databases for client use. Deliver work within deadlines and quality standards aligned to SLAs. Collaborate with team members to improve data quality, structure, and usability. Must-Have Requirements Residency: Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas. Language: Strong proficiency in English (reading and speaking) with the ability to understand US accents. Skills: Strong research, analysis, documentation, and attention to detail. Tech: Basic computer proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets/MS Office). Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Availability: Comfortable working in evening/night hours aligned to US time zones. Good to Have Prior experience in data research/secondary research/data analysis. Experience handling large volumes of structured/unstructured information. Exposure to legal data or professional directory research. Traits for Success Inquisitive, organized, logical thinker.
