Data Analyst Lead

• Highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst Lead with a strong analytical mindset, exceptional proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of data analysts
• Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support
• Oversee the end-to-end data analysis process, from data extraction and cleaning to interpretation and reporting
• Develop and maintain robust data models and reporting frameworks
• Design, build, and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards using various tools
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and dashboards
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics
• Skill Set:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing and leading a team of data analysts
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data from various databases
• Proven experience in building and maintaining data visualization dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
