Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Data Management & Governance

• Working with Valuations team to administer and maintain end-to-end data lifecycle management for valuation assets as required by the team.
• Working on data projects to cleanse, review, and manage large volume of data. This includes gathering data from the source, collating & compiling and uploading on Hub (internal proprietary system)
• Understanding end-to-end processes and identifying potential points of failure in data collection and reportingensuring reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Overseeing weekly, monthly and quarterly data checks
• Leverage third-party property data platforms to validate and enrich system data, ensuring all asset and portfolio records remain current and complete.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies, inconsistencies, and gaps through systematic review and corrective actions.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and enhance performance.

• Reporting & Analysis

• Perform data-driven analyses to monitor trends, identify key performance metrics, and support commercial real estate decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting requirements, define KPIs, and ensure data outputs align with business needs.
• Support quarterly and ad-hoc data processes—collating, validating, and reconciling transaction data for reporting and audit purposes.
• Contribute to new ideas and analytical approaches that enhance the valuation process and decision-making frameworks.

• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as a data liaison for Advisory and Valuation teams, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Provide timely and accurate data support for updates, market analysis, and management reporting.
• Partner with Valuations and Advisory team and other stakeholders to align on data standards, project deliverables, and reporting requirements.
• Assist team leads in preparing management reports, performance summaries, and internal reporting packs.
