Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Data Analyst to join our centralized delivery hub in India. This role will contribute to the delivery of high-impact analytics projects and insights that enable smarter, faster decisions across the organization. You will play a key role in developing scalable and standardized analytics solution, building robust data models, and supporting our journey toward a unified data strategy. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that align with business needs and KPIs. Build and optimize data models (semantic layers) to ensure performance, consistency, and accuracy across reports. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights. Perform ad hoc data analysis to support insight discovery, root cause analysis, and decision-making. Collaborate with to support cross-functional analytics projects. Document data logic and definitions, contribute to data governance and reusability of models. Help support a culture of standardization, automation, and self-service analytics. Assist with small-scale data engineering tasks (pipelines, ingestion checks, monitoring) Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related analytical role. SQL and data Visualization expertise (Power BI preferred) Strong experience in data modeling Good understanding of data engineering concepts: pipelines, ETL/ELT, staging vs curated layers. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and business acumen. Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments. Knowledge of IoT data, time series analytics, or sensor-based monitoring. Exposure to data science techniques Experience working in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS. Python knowledge for data wrangling, analysis, or automation.
