Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Integrity: Maintain accurate records of production and inventory data in ERP/MIS systems
• MIS Reporting: Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI PDF & Document Handling: Manage and structure production and logistics documentation using Adobe Acrobat
• Automation Tools: Design and implement workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate
• System Building: Create custom Excel tools and databases to support operations and inventory tracking
• Inventory Verification: Support inventory audits and reconciliations, ensuring stock accuracy
• Data Analytics: Analyze operational data for trends and insights that support process optimization
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with planning, dispatch, and store teams for data consistency
• Compliance: Ensure secure, policy-compliant data documentation and access control Qualifications:
• Education: o Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• Certifications (Required): o Professional credentials in relevant Data Analysis, Data Science, or Computer Software Tools
• Experience: o 0.5 to 2 years of full-time experience in relevant fields
• Technical Proficiency: o Microsoft Excel (advanced level) o Power BI o Adobe Acrobat o Power Automate

Qualifications:

Education: Degree or Diploma in any Engineering discipline

Certifications (Required): Professional credentials in relevant Data Analysis, Data Science, or Computer Software Tools

Experience: 1 to 4 years of full-time experience in relevant fields

Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel (advanced level) o Power BI o Adobe Acrobat o Power Automate
