As a Data Analyst at FedEx, your role involves conducting data analysis to extract actionable insights, exploring datasets, analyzing historical data, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will be responsible for: - Conducting data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making. - Exploring and visualizing datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies. - Analyzing historical data to identify trends and develop forecasts for future performance. - Investigating and identifying root causes of issues or discrepancies in data. - Providing training and support to users on data analysis tools and techniques. - Communicating findings and insights through compelling data visualizations and narratives. - Supporting data-related projects by providing analytical expertise and insights. - Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through quality assurance processes. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with the following: - Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline.
