As a Senior Data Analyst (Supply Chain) at HNR Tech, your role is crucial in developing the technology platform to support all supply chain integrations and solutions. You will collaborate with the analytics team to drive insights, define system performance, and identify opportunities. Additionally, you will gather business specifications and requirements from partner integration solutions and portal product management. - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required. - Intermediate to advanced skills in using data analysis tools such as MySQL and Snowflake, along with familiarity with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Sigma are necessary. - Experience with integration technologies like API, EDI, and other communication forms is essential. - Understanding of coding languages is preferred but not mandatory. With 3-5+ years of relevant experience, you should excel in defining problems, collecting data, and drawing valid conclusions. Effective communication skills are crucial for project management and insights generation. You will collaborate with core systems project management for strategic alignment, document workflows, and ensure governance over system solutions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and possesses creative problem-solving skills. Working with a sense of urgency, independently with minimal supervision, and thriving in a fast-paced environment are key qualities.
