About The Role
The Business/Data Analyst at NeoLacta Lifesciences will play a crucial role in transforming complex data into strategic insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency. This position involves collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various sources such as CRM, ERP, and sales systems. The analyst will leverage advanced analytics tools, AI, and visualization platforms to identify trends, forecast future scenarios, and uncover opportunities for improvement across departments like sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations. The role requires a proactive individual capable of working closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data manipulation, analytics, and visualization, with a keen interest in emerging AI technologies to enhance strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. A solid understanding of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis is essential. Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics is highly desirable. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is required to communicate insights effectively. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills. A background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or data science through a Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Saneforce and ERP platforms will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources including CRM, ERP, and sales systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze sales, marketing, supply chain, and operational data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize AI and machine learning tools for predictive analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and strategic insights generation.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and provide actionable insights that improve performance metrics across various functions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, both regular and ad-hoc, with clear recommendations for management to support strategic planning.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, analytics, and data visualization technologies to continuously enhance analytical capabilities.
