Data Analyst (Fresher)

As a Data Analyst at Masthead Technologies, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team based in our Noida office. Your role will involve conducting day-to-day data analysis, collaborating with colleagues to develop data-driven solutions, and managing client reports across various platforms. You will also be responsible for analyzing real-time user feedback, handling production incidents, and producing reports and metrics for internal teams and clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask under pressure. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct day-to-day data analysis, working closely with the team to develop and improve data-driven solutions. - Manage and assess client reports across various platforms, ensuring effective reproduction of data. - Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm innovative strategies and implement creative solutions to complex problems. - Analyze real-time user feedback to continuously improve our products. - Handle production incidents and provide detailed reporting. - Produce daily reports, dashboards, and metrics for internal teams and clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and multitask under pressure.
