Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into valuable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to analyze performance, trends, and opportunities within our educational platforms and operations. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns. - Interpret data to generate actionable insights for decision-making. - Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders. - Work with cross-functional teams to define key metrics. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. - Support data-driven strategies to enhance student engagement and outcomes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role (0-2+ years preferred). - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
