Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a proven ability to transform data into actionable insights. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a substantial plus. This role requires a commitment to work from office approximately three days a week.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

Collaborate with the team to analyze various Sales & Marketing-related databases, including Customer Master, Market Data, Sales Data, and Sales Force Data.
Generate insightful reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
Present derived insights with multiple stakeholders with data driven decision
Good understanding of SQL and PowerBI skills
Analyze multiple data sources and compile reports to evaluate various performance KPIs related to the business.
Provide data-driven insights to support the Sales and Marketing teams in understanding business trends and customer behavior.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular data validation and quality checks.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

Approximately 4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong ability to interpret complex data sets.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial operations is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Based in Hyderabad, with the flexibility to work onsite at the office about three days a week.
