Data Analyst Cum Content Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual to manage and curate medical data in our software system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing accurate medicine content, checking for plagiarism, maintaining up-to-date medicine records, finding and linking substitutes, and contributing to our website content. Key Responsibilities: Content Writing for Medicines: Write accurate, clear, and concise descriptions of medicines including usage, dosage, side effects, precautions, interactions, etc. Ensure all content is original and free from plagiarism. Substitute Management: Identify appropriate substitute medicines based on composition and therapeutic class. Link substitutes logically and accurately in the software database. Data Accuracy: Regularly audit and update medicine entries for accuracy and completeness. Cross-check data with verified sources like CIMS, MIMS, Drugs.com, etc. Plagiarism & Quality Control: Use plagiarism detection tools to ensure originality. Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy and medical clarity. Website Content: Write and manage content for the company’s website, including blogs, FAQs, and product pages. Coordination: Collaborate with the software, marketing, and pharmacy teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm), Life Sciences, or relevant medical field is preferred. Strong understanding of medicines, compositions, and therapeutic uses. Experience with plagiarism checking tools (e.g., Grammarly, Turnitin, Copyscape). Familiarity with drug databases and medical literature. Basic knowledge of SEO and web content writing is a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (pharma content writer, medical data analyst, drug database handler). Experience in healthcare, medical content writing, or working with pharmacy software.
