Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Management & Analysis

Collect and integrate data from all verticals and zones.
Clean, validate, and standardize datasets for reporting.
Build forecasting models for revenue, costs, operations, and manpower.
Provide actionable insights to COO for decision-making.

2. Reporting & Dashboards

Prepare and automate dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for COO reviews.
Deliver weekly/monthly MIS across verticals.
Support Board packs, CXO reviews, and investor presentations with analytics.
Track variance between budget and actual performance.

3. Performance Monitoring

Consolidate KRAs, KPIs, and Balanced Scorecards across all verticals.
Measure progress vs. SMART goals set by COO office.
Highlight underperformance or risks with corrective recommendations.

4. ERP Transition & Digital Transformation

Act as single point of contact for ERP transition on behalf of COOs office.
Map existing processes (finance, HR, SCM, BD, operations) to ERP modules.
Work with IT/consultants for ERP design, testing, and rollout.
Ensure accurate migration of master and transactional data.
Train zonal and departmental teams on ERP usage and compliance.
Establish ERP-based reporting structures to replace manual MIS.

5. Special Projects

Provide analytical support for COO-led projects (aggregation optimization, BD pipeline, cost efficiency).
Track compliance (statutory/financial/HR) and highlight gaps.
Assist in due diligence and investor queries with structured data packs.
