Position Summary:

SQL Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Data Auditing & Reporting

• Collaborate with data teams to conduct frequent audits and ensure a high level of data integrity and accuracy across various systems.
• Provide ad hoc reports to department leads and other stakeholders as needed to support urgent business decisions.
• Investigate process breakdowns and recommend data-driven improvements to optimize workflow efficiency.

Process Creation and Documentation

• Develop and standardize documentation templates and process flow charts to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Design and deliver clear communication materials, including presentations and high-level overviews using visual aids and detailed diagrams.

Dashboard Creation and KPI Monitoring

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to actively monitor and measure business performance.
• Automate dashboards to provide real-time insights on key data sets, ensuring stakeholders have immediate access to information.
• Create visibility into core metrics to improve the quality of decision-making within the organization.

Data Analysis & Support

• Fulfill ad hoc requests for data analysis and reporting from various internal teams.
• Support departments by providing data and analysis to inform strategic planning and operational decisions.

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in SQL & Data Management.
• Knowledge of Advance Excel and Power BI will be preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
