Digitalto and from coreis the DNA of Colruyt Group- We have been pioneering inadapting IT technologies from the advent of IT revolution- As a Data Science Engineer, you will be collaboratingwith multiple stake holders involving Data Scientists, Business, Project Managers, and Software Engineers- You will have an opportunity towork with culturally diversified group of individuals- We are looking for anindividual with Passion, Innovation, out of the box thinking to join our team-

Responsibilities:

Design data pipelines and machine learning infrastructure,whether its on-premise (on our internal enterprise machine learning platform)or in the cloud (Azure), at scale-

Contribute to the development of automation tools andinfrastructure as code (IaC) practices to streamline the deployment andmanagement of machine learning solutions-

Industrialize models built by the data scientists andturn them into production ready machine learning systems-

Contribute to the development of reusable/internalcomponents, libraries and frameworks-

Develop and deploy tools and services (preferably opensource) for internal stakeholders to handle ML training and deployment-

Containerize machine learning applications to ensureconsistency, reproducibility, and portability across different cloudenvironments-

Stay informed about new software and hardware trendsand innovations to improve performance, maintainability, and reliability of themachine learning solutions-

Apply best software engineering practices to build efficientmachine learning pipelines, including CI/CD, scripts to automate repetitivetasks etc-

Support the data science solutions with an extraemphasis on versioning, data security, auditability and performance-

Contribute to the development and deployment of proofof concepts, quickly-

Involved in different phases of a project, includingarchitecture, system design, coding, unit testing, integrations, maintenanceand improvements-

Document the solution & solution designefficiently-

Profile

:

Strong fundamentals in software engineering, systemengineering, machine learning concepts and debugging-

Experience in working with large-scale data / MLpipelines and their supporting infrastructure-

Strong knowledge in Linux

Design complex analytical systems/solutions (high-level and low-levelsystem design)-

Ability to solve complex problems using efficientalgorithms/software engineering techniques-

Strong knowledge of software developmentstages/processes, debuggers, DBMS and source code management tools (git)-

Ability to write high quality code with a keenattention to detail-

Comfortable with writing complex and efficient SQLqueries-

Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills-

Proven experience in implementing CI/CD on large-scaleML pipelines-

Enjoy solving ambiguous and challenging technicalproblems-

Good to have

:

Exposure to large-language models and deploying LLMbased solutions in production-

Experience and familiarity with Kubernetes-

Experience with shell scripting-

Awareness of application and informationsecurity-
