Document and photograph damages using company systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Classify damages as wear & tear or chargeable based on company policies.
Review and verify images and damage reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Generate and submit damage reports for review and approval.
Review and ensure accuracy of all documentation associated with damage files
Night Shit(Allowance would be paid for Night shift) and Weekend shit day off for Weekend shift
High proficiency in Verbal /Written English.
Strong analytical skills MS EXCEL, WORD etc
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Strong independent decision-making skillsAbility to prioritize various requests and handle changing prioritiesExcellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple tasksExceptional interpersonal and communication skills requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskDependable, cooperative, and willing to assist othersKnowledge of MS Office software Word and ExcelMust be able to work a flexible scheduleHaving any bachelors degree is mandatory
