Disciplinary Actions Manage disciplinary actions related to SOP negligence (at least 10 instances per month). Identify responsible individuals with evidence and statements. Provide training, issue show-cause letters, and implement Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) as needed. Manage escalation to HR for termination procedures if necessary. 7. UCG Management Identify orphan consignments and perform root cause analysis. Recover consignments and maintain UCG data effectively.
