Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement digital marketing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design customized solutions.
Develop SQL queries to extract data from various sources for reporting purposes.
Provide technical support and training to clients on the usage of implemented solutions.

Job Requirements :

3-7 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including customization through code (C#) writing.
Strong understanding of Power BI reporting tools and ability to create complex reports using it.
