D365 Senior F&O Finance Functional Consultant

As a Senior F&O Finance Functional Consultant at ERBrains Business Solutions, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-impact ERP projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving finance-related modules in Dynamics 365 F&O, facilitating enterprise-wide digital transformation for our clients. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and support D365 F&O Finance processes. Here are the key responsibilities you will be handling: - Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to capture requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions aligning with industry best practices. - Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of solutions for month-end, quarterly, and year-end closure processes. - Provide expert-level guidance on business process re-engineering, helping clients optimize workflows and align finance processes with global best practices. - Ensure successful and timely implementation of the D365 F&O Finance module suite, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. - Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics 365 product capabilities and new features to integrate them into client projects. - Act as a mentor to junior consultants, ensuring high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction. Your qualifications and requirements for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - CA or MBA in Finance is preferable. - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations. - Strong experience in business process re-engineering, including defining and applying best practices. - Proven experience with the full implementation life cycle of D365 F&O Finance-related modules. - Industry-specific experience in Manufacturing, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
