Job Responsibilities:

Lead and support
end-to-end implementation
of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce solutions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs
Configure, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 Retail modules
Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration
Provide functional support, training, and post-implementation assistance
Drive optimization of retail operations including:

Merchandising
Sales & POS
Inventory Management
Customer Engagement

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4
years
experience as a Retail Functional Consultant
Strong expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Retail / Commerce
End-to-end implementation experience across multiple projects
In-depth understanding of retail business processes
Strong working knowledge of
SQL and reporting
Experience with
Power BI
and data visualization tools

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Good planning and project management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft
Dynamics 365 Certification
