Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX based product - Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics AX using Morph X & X++ - Write detailed design and technical specifications and provide task details and estimates to Project lead for project schedules - Provide technical support to customers during implementations - Create and review technical specification documentation - Design, develop, review, and test customized code - Deploy tested and quality-approved code into live customer environments - Design and develop interfaces to/from Dynamics AX - Mentor junior developers and manage project development teams - Act as development lead to ensure quality and stay current on Dynamics AX and related technologies - Participate actively in discussions with clients and project teams - Understand and communicate clients" needs, project teams" goals, and build custom solutions for clients - Manage functional specifications, technical solutions, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans - Develop project estimates and facilitate technical sessions and status meetings with clients - Resolve project risks and manage timelines effectively Qualifications: - BE MBA - Certification in D365 If you are interested in this position, it is important to note that good communication skills are required, and you should be able to work closely in a team environment.,
