Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX based product - Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics AX using Morph X & X++ - Write detailed design and technical specifications - Provide task details and estimates to Project lead for project schedules - Provide technical support to customers during implementations - Create and review technical specification documentation - Design, develop, review, and test customized code - Deploy tested and quality-approved code into live customer environments - Design and develop interfaces from/to Dynamics AX - Mentor junior developers - Manage project development teams - Act as development lead to ensure quality - Stay current on Dynamics AX and related technologies - Participate actively in discussions with clients and project teams - Understand and communicate clients" needs, project team goals, and build custom solutions for clients - Manage functional specifications to technical solutions, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans - Develop project estimates - Facilitate technical sessions and status meetings with clients, driving them to decisions - Resolve project risks and manage timelines effectively Qualifications: - BE MBA - Certification in D365 Company Additional Details: The company values good communication skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment.,
