With over 4 years of relevant experience, you are expected to have excellent business communication skills. Your ability to learn new systems and conduct adequate impact analysis is crucial. You should also have the capability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the team's knowledge base and AX experience. Strong time management and multitasking abilities are essential for this role. As a part of your responsibilities, you will design and develop Microsoft Dynamics AX based products. This includes customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics AX using Morph X & X++, as well as writing detailed design and technical specifications. Providing task details and estimates to the Project lead to build project schedules is also a key aspect of the role. Your demonstrated track record of successful Dynamics AX technical roles will be valuable in providing technical support to customers during implementations. In addition, you will be involved in creating and reviewing technical specification documentation, designing, developing, reviewing, and testing customized code, and deploying tested and quality-approved code into live customer environments. You will also design and develop interfaces from/to Dynamics AX, mentor junior developers, manage project development teams, and act as a development lead to ensure quality. It is important to stay current on Dynamics AX and related technologies, actively participate in discussions with clients and project teams, understand and communicate clients" needs, project teams" goals, and build custom solutions for clients. Managing functional specifications to technical solutions, unit and system test scripts, deployment plans, and development of project estimates are also part of your responsibilities. You will facilitate technical sessions and status meetings with clients, driving clients to decisions, resolving project risks, and managing timelines effectively. Qualifications required for this position include a BE MBA degree and certification in D365. Good communication skills and the ability to work closely in a team environment are essential for success in this role.,
