Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers directly to promote and sell our products or services
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide excellent service
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Manage sales records and report progress to the team leader
• Work effectively in a team-driven environment

Requirements

• Qualification: HSC Passed (12th standard)
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi is required
• Communication: Average communication skills sufficient, eagerness to learn and improve encouraged
• Attitude: Energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented
• Availability to work shifts from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM with rotational weekly offs
