Position: Performance Marketing Expert

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid digital channels (Meta, Google, programmatic, affiliates, etc.) for D2C clients.
• Craft data-driven strategies aimed at scaling revenue, increasing acquisition, and improving customer LTV.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present ROI-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, tech, and client servicing teams to build breakthrough campaigns.
• Manage budgets, forecast spends, and ensure maximum performance within allocated investments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling D2C brands through performance marketing (must-list!).
• 3+ years hands-on experience in running, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands.
• Deep knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), analytics tools, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to ideate, execute, and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and growth marketing tactics.
