D2C Growth Associate – Acquisition (2–3 years experience)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Execution

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) & Google Ads
• Build audiences, manage targeting, and monitor daily performance

Optimization & Reporting

• Track key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing (creatives, copy, audiences)
• Share weekly performance reports + actionable insights

Creative & Cross-team Collaboration

• Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives
• Ensure creatives resonate with target audiences and drive conversions

🔹 What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of hands-on experience

D2C or FMCG companies (preferred)

✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

✅ Comfortable managing budgets & optimizing for ROI

✅ Curious, proactive, and eager to explore new growth channels
