Milton is looking for a D2C Executive for Mumbai - Kandivali location. Interested candidates can share their resume at shraddha.watve@hamiltonindia.in JD - D2C Executive Key Responsibilities: New Product Listings - Manage and optimize product listings on the D2C website, ensuring accuracy, SEO, and visual appeal. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to maintain up-to-date and consistent product details. Product Listing Hygiene - Review product listings for accuracy, ensuring descriptions, images, and prices are up-to-date. Remove outdated products and address customer feedback to maintain a relevant and accurate catalog. Creation of Codes: Creation of New Codes in system for New Products launched, as well as ensuring listing happens in a timely fashion Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams - Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to stay updated on product launches and resolve website issues. Maintaining Discount Codes and Separation Workflows for Internal Employees Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track product listing performance, including conversions, stock levels, and feedback. Provide insights to management and implement improvements to optimize the product catalog as well as Tracking and co-ordination of Creatives on the Website Vendor Management - Monitor and track payments to all the vendors, creation of Vendor Codes in system.
