Cypress Automation

As an Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Cypress for web applications. Collaborating with developers and stakeholders, you will identify and resolve defects and issues while creating and executing test plans and test cases for both frontend and backend systems. Additionally, you will be performing load and stress testing to identify performance bottlenecks and analyzing test results to provide detailed reports and recommendations. It is essential to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing to ensure the efficiency of the testing process. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in automation testing with Cypress and possess a strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman. Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript or Python is required, along with familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins will be beneficial. Moreover, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration abilities.
