Job Description

As a Cyber Security Sales / Business Development Manager at Secure Strike in Gurugram, your role will involve driving results through your experience in cybersecurity and IT solution sales. You will be responsible for new client acquisition, managing the complete sales lifecycle, working on proposals, and coordinating with internal teams and external OEM partners. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients for cybersecurity and IT solutions - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure - Prepare and manage commercial and technical proposals, RFPs, and pricing documents - Coordinate with pre-sales, technical teams, and OEM partners for solution design and proposal support - Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and security decision-makers - Manage and nurture third-party OEM relationships for product alignment, pricing, and joint opportunities - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets - Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity solutions Qualifications Required: - 35 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT solutions sales - Strong understanding of SIEM, SOC, VAPT, Endpoint Security, and Cloud Security solutions - Hands-on experience in proposal preparation, RFP handling, and OEM coordination - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Self-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment Secure Strike is a company that values expertise in cybersecurity sales and offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
