Key Responsibilities

• Deployment & Integration: Lead the technical installation, initial configuration, and seamless

integration of core security platforms (Access Governance, Threat Detection & Response,

Vulnerability Management) into customer IT environments (cloud/on-premises).

• Configuration & Tuning: Execute post-deployment configuration, advanced policy tuning, and

customization to meet specific customer security baselines and organizational requirements.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Create detailed deployment guides and standard

operating procedures (SOPs) and conduct technical handover and training for customer

security teams.

• Operational Support & Troubleshooting: Provide critical operational support, performing

diagnostics, complex troubleshooting, and rapid resolution of system stability and performance

issues.

• System Health & Maintenance: Perform proactive system health checks, required software

updates, patching, and maintenance to ensure continuous, stable, and secure operation of

deployed solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Expert-level proficiency in Windows and Linux Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, Proxies)

and network troubleshooting.

• Security Domains: Practical working experience with at least two of the following: Endpoint

Security (AV/EDR), Identity Management (Active Directory/LDAP/IDAM tools), or SIEM/Log

Management.

• Good understanding of the overall cybersecurity domain, Cloud, and Virtualization concepts.

• Client Focus: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-

technical stakeholders. * Problem Solving: Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills under

pressure. * Self-Driven: High level of motivation and ability to manage multiple deployment

projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
• Must have experience working in customer-facing role / customer support role.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor / Engineering / IT or related fields

Certifications:

• Mandatory: CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent basic security certification) AND a foundational

Server/OS certification (e.g., RHCSA/LPI for Linux, or Microsoft equivalent).

• Preferred: Vendor-specific technical certifications relevant to Endpoint Security, IAM, or SIEM
