Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Security Solution, including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) and Privileged Session Manager (PSM).
Perform daily health checks and monitor system performance to ensure the reliability of the CyberArk environment.
Handle password rotations, policy updates, and access provisioning/de-provisioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk infrastructure and performance.
Implement best practices for privileged access management and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
Store privileged credentials securely in a centralized vault with strong encryption.
Regularly rotate passwords to mitigate the risk of credential exposure.
Grant temporary privileged access to users only when needed, reducing prolonged exposure risks.
Advocate for the removal of all persistent privileges for users within BSC.
Record and monitor privileged sessions to detect suspicious activities and maintain detailed logs for compliance and forensic analysis.
Work in rotational shifts supporting the client environment and build strong professional relationships with client personnel.

Skills Required:

CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) expertise
Strong CyberArk administration skills (EPV, PSM)
Knowledge of security policies and compliance standards
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience in password rotation, policy updates, and access provisioning/de-provisioning
Ability to monitor and maintain CyberArk environment health
Session recording and monitoring capabilities
Strong communication and client relationship skills
