Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cyber Security Trainer located in Noida. The Cyber Security Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, developing and updating course materials, conducting practical hands-on labs, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the trainer will ensure that the training content is up-to-date with the latest industry standards and trends in cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Cybersecurity fundamentals, threats, and mitigation techniques
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs in Cybersecurity
• Familiarity with various cybersecurity tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection
• Knowledge of ethical hacking, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CEH, CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior teaching or training experience is a plus
