Job Description

As a Cybersecurity Sales Account Executive in Cisco's Global Security Sales Organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing security resilience for customers and communities. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and leading security account plans and strategies for each assigned region and its accounts, leveraging resources like executive sponsors, marketing, technical support, and more. - Driving revenue growth by identifying new projects, creating opportunities, and securing business attachments. - Accurately forecasting and reporting activities using Salesforce.com. - Identifying major projects within large accounts and leading initiatives to maximize product and services revenue. - Providing customers and partners with tailored pricing and configurations to meet their needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of overall sales experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to selling security solutions. - Experience in selling network security solutions or SaaS security offerings. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. - Skilled in direct touch sales and working in a matrixed organization. - Proficient at presenting to a predominantly technical audience. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing large deals and executing account and partner plans across geographic territories. - Capable of building and implementing an account plan that incorporates a total systems-based security approach. - Comprehensive knowledge of the Security Market. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Experience in applying solution-selling methodologies to drive corporate revenue growth.
